phonecall incident statecode

1、there is a customize btn F on incident entity page。when i click F、JavaScript send a req to create a phonecall record。

but the phonecall record ‘s statecode is canceled instead of completed。

and it turn out that the phonecall record update immediately after it created。

anyone has any ideas?

    but the phonecall added by user is not changed to be canceled when incident is resolved . phonecall generated by codes has changed to be canceled when incident is resolved.

    i set the status of tellphone by codes , anyway it works .thanks all.

    the codes only create a phonecall record.

    there is no workflow or plugin to update phonecall entity.

    Normally the Phone call record is cancelled if the case is Resolved. Check if there is any plugin or workflow or javascript  that resolves that case.  You will have to change the order if you want to keep the phone call open.

    Have you got any workflows or plugins that run on the phonecall entity that may make the update ?
