Can AX calculate on time delivery by providing parameters such as 5 days early, 1 day late? Is there a report available?

Hi what is CTP and ATP?
AP or AR? Ultimately if the data is in AX you can report out on it, the question will be whether the report exists in the format you want (it will not).
During order taking, you can use various delivery date control method.
For example : Using the sales lead time, CTP or ATP.
CTP looks out at the available capacity and inventory and suggest the delivery date based on it, while ATP looks the at available inventory only (and does not consider the capacity) and suggest the delivery date.
