Hello everyone,
When you upload files in Business Central, for example in a sales order, where exactly are they saved? Directly in the database behind it? Do they increase the size of the database so that the storage capacity could be reached? Thanks in advance and best regards

Hii there,

as per BC On prem its store in your local DB Document Attachment table. you can check there you can update size as per your requirement in local DB and on cloud you can purchase the storage as per requirement in cloud it 80 GB available. rest you can purchase.

Yes, it will take up the storage capacity.

You can check the tenant capacity on admin center.

The attachments are saved to tableID: 2000000184 Tenant Media as blob.

You can also save the attachments on OneDrive instead.
