Error Code 10 when starting AOS services

Hi,

We have an error code 10 when starting the AOS services after upgrading the server from 2008 to 2012 . the services account is a sysadmin on the DB and local admin on the machine.

The environment is incorrect.

Object Server 01: Server terminated unexpectedly with 10 exitcode.

Object Server 01: The home directory for Axapta (C:\Windows\system32\) does not match the required structure or can not be accessed. Please check installation, configuration and access rights.

Any suggestion on this errors from the event log?

C:\Windows\system32\ shouldn't be your home directory. it should be something like C:\Program Files\Dynamics Ax\.

The incorrect directory is now in your registery, so to correct it I suggest to de-install and do a clean install of AX2012 AOS.

Hi Boye,

I have uninstall and did a clean install with no errors but services still giving this error

Error :1067

The following process dump file was generated:

Object Server 01: The database reported (session 1 (-AOS-)): [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Could not find stored procedure

'dbo.XU_GetSchemaVersion'.. The SQL statement was: "{ ? = CALL [dbo].[XU_GetSchemaVersion](?, ?) }"

hi,

I think you should give the axutil schema command a try:

it (re-)initialises your modelstore , which includes creating those missing STP you mension if I recall correctly

in my case, I use MS Dynamic AX 2009 running on windows server operating system 2012 R2, when AOS has been installed the service does not want to walk with the following information:

anyone please help me, what should i do.
