How to automate Interactions in BC13.5 (Marketing setup)

Dear community,

I know how to create manually interactions in Business Central, but I am not able to create automatic interactions. It is for tracking all relationships with customers or contacts (ex : sales quotes, Sales order confirmation send by mail or printed)

I have setup interaction groups, interaction templates, interaction templates setup, but it still does not work. I might not setup correctly my database, i could not see any interaction logs entries.

Do you have any idea ?
