I'm having the fields on item card of common item number and now when i am selecting the line on sales order that filed should automatically fetch the data from item card

Hi,

You need to check the OnValidate trigger of No. field from the Sales Line table, and in the same way either you can choose OnAfterValidate event of No. field from Sales Line table or you can create a Table Extension of Sales Line and write your code there.
