Using Workflow to Populate Products in Invoice

(0) ShareShare

I am creating a work flow so that whenever a case is closed it will create an invoice and automatically fill in all the fields necessary in a work order. Part of the problem I am having is bringing products and services over from the case to the work order attaching prices and all to everything. I have included in image with the area I am trying to fill in via the Work Flow

    Hello,

This is unfortunately not possible with the default functionality of Dynamics 365.

Please take a look at this free third-party add-on for Workflows which enables you to have additional actions, like adding a product to an Invoice:

    https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/dynamics-365/kaskelasolutions.8e2a0463-dde5-4869-bf39-5efc945ffdbb

Hope this helps you. If you have any other questions, please let me know!

Will this add-on work for Dynamic CRM 2016? We are using the local over the cloud version

For on-premise (local hosted) Dynamics CRM, visit the publisher's website to download the solution directly:

https://kaskelasolutions.com/ - click the big blue button 'Download for Dynamics 365 or CRM 2016'

    Hello,

Alternatively you can use my toolkit - github.com/.../1.5.0.0
