document management was working now it's not. I deactivated the list component and reinstalled, no help. In the document management setting, it validates the sharepoint URL, but on the document library creation screen, the status wheel just spins, it doesn't see that folders already exist or create new ones. Within CRM, it doesn't ask to create folders when needed but existing documents that were uploaded before the problem started are listed and open correctly.

I have exactly the same problem. It WAS working. Apart from the hanging/spinning I am also regularly informed that the list component is installed - when it IS.
Hi
I ran in the same issue:
- CRM 2011 UR15
- SharePoint Foundation 2010 SP2
- Latest ListComponent (www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx)
The message box for library creation not appears!
Do you have any news about this issue?
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
Is this issue fixed?
Regards,
Rajesh.
Hello.
Try adding the CRM and SharePoint URL in the Compatibility settings of Internet Explorer.
Rajesh. R
What version is your Internet Explorer? If version 10, you need to switch on compatibility mode (press f12). In my experience it works best when selecting compatibility to IE version 8.
So, open CRM with IE, then change the compatibility mode. IE should remember that this CRM site will always to be loaded in compatibility mode. Should then work in Outlook.
Stephanus, You are correct, works fine in Chrome! Problem is, we want to use the "CRM client for Outlook", which doesn't work. (Outlook 2013). Could there be Explorer settings that need to be changed? Thanks.
Hi, as the integration between CRM and SharePoint is done on client-side, it may be an issue with your web browser - which web browser do you use? Do you use the same web browser (and same version) when it was working? Have you confirmed the issue on another computer?
I would use Fiddler to inspect the requests CRM sends to SP when clicking the documents link - to see if a folder already created for the record - this is the part that seems to be broken for some reasons.
The account was created back in May, has always been Sharepoint 2013 and the CRM 2012 update. I'm pretty sure its the correct list component, "CRM2011-SharePointList2013-ENU-amd64.exe". Thanks!
What version of SharePoint are you on? If you think you are on 2010, double check to make sure you haven't gotten upgraded to 2013 (might look the same). If that is the case, install the 2013 version of the List Component.
