How can we set-up auto responders for customers submitting a form? But like really EACH time a customer submits the form.
Customer journey limits this to once as we can only have a customer going through the journey once....
Also recurring Customer Journeys for each day doesn't support this as the customer Journey will send to ALL contacts that ever submitted the form...

Looking for the same solution. I've found a variety of solutions posted in this community but they all involve complex workarounds (using Microsoft Flow or AJAX code). This should be a simple thing. Add person to contacts once, but send an email every time the form is submitted. Why is this not a basic functionality built into the CRM?
Seconded for looking for a way to do this....
Double Opt-In doesn't meet the need as the customer has to click on the opt-in link in the email or their form submission is hidden from Dynamics (not stored in the form submissions entity until after they click that link)
Please help super important to us too..
