batch job id is not changing

I created a recurring batch job to upload using the data import export framework.  First file uploaded fine but the succeeding upload is failing because the batch is assigning the same batch job id.  It looks like it is stuck at a specific date.  For example the job id it assigned is "UploadTransfer-9/30/2019 04:50:52pm-1" even though the job was executed today.  How do we fix the date assigned to the job id.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks,
Nelson

    Hi Nelson,

Can you provide some more details what you have setup and the full error details? Probably also add some screenshots to illustrate your question.

    Hello Andre,

Thanks for your response.  Sorry for my late response.  The system supposed to append the date and time to the job name, see image 1 to create a unique job id.  The job was ran on 10/8/2019 but it appended a date of 9/30/2019.  This was still successful even though the wrong date was used because it was the first time the job was ran.  10 minutes later when the job ran (this is a recurring job, every 5 minutes) it tried to append the same date and time, see image 2.  And this time it failed because that job id already existed.  The system is supposed to append the date and time that the job was ran but somehow it is stuck on that date and time of 9/30/2019 04:50:53 pm.  Not sure where that is coming from, how to reset it, how to fix it.

    Thanks for your help.

    Thanks,
    Nelson

We went ahead and restarted the server and that fixed the problem.  Don't know what caused it but it is fixed.  Thanks.
