Why can't I create a sales trial account?

As mentioned, I followed a few tutorial videos on youtube.

I went to the link: Get free trial dynamics-365
I filled in the required information, but when I got to the verification step, I got the message "Sorry, we need additional information to verify your identity. Please contact support".

Is there any requirement that I missed, like the phone number for the email must match the phone number to receive the verification code...

I would love to get help from everyone.

Why can't I create a sales trial account?

Hey!

There are 2 important things here
a) you need a valid "work" account. Standard Gmail/Hotmail accounts are not valid and main reason for rejection

b) Definitively, you must use a valid phone number on the email trial, since validations will be run and you need to receive some verification code.
