Hi All,

Within the Create Personal View functionality is there a way for me to join to other tables that are not available in the drop down list?

Thanks Syed, this makes sense. The reason I asked is because in some other CRM systems you have the ability to join to additional tables within the view/query itself (local join)

    Hi,

from a supported customization point of view the response is no with the OOTB views. You will need to build a custom webresource to display the disered view

For the columns, you can only bring in main entity columns and columns from the immediate lookup entities (for example, for a contact you can bring in columns from the parent account table.. but not from the parent account of that account)

Possibly, if you have some other tables that have join to those tables...

See the example query in the following blog post.

Might not be what you are looking for, but can give you an idea.

    Hope this helps.

If u have any related table field associated then you can get all the fields from that table. If it is N:N & dnt have any relationship then you cant bring it to that view
