Track multiple email addresses to one user Dynamics 365

Hi everyone - is it possible to track multiple emails to one user so if you had a user with email@domain1.com email@domain2.com

can these both be tracked regarding that user within Dynamics 365 I know you have primary email and the option to chose the default email but will this work against 2 seperate emails to one User.

I don't think it will but is anyone aware of any workarounds on this?

    Hi Justin,

    CRM Can synchronize with only one Mailbox at a time.

    What you could do as a workaround, set up an email forward rule, so that whenever an email is sent to user@domain1.com to forward it to user@domain2.com, or even an Exchange Transport rule that adds user@domain2.com as a recipient so that you don't lose the original parties. Then if user@domain2.com is set as the synchronizing email addresses, you will see the emails sent also to user@domain1.com
