Honeywell Stratos ms2420 Scalenot working

Hello everybody, I have a Honeywell Stratos ms2420 Scale/scanner that is serial and I have the scanner working fine in rms 2.0 fp2 but the scale does nothing. I can get the scale to work fine in the metro oppos tools but just not RMS. has anybody had any luck with these? Thanks, Kip

If it works in Metro OPOS make sure you are using the coorect profile names in RMS.

You may also want to check the serial cable connection to the Scale. There are 2 locations that the cable connects.

Try changing the connection.

We have installed for our clients the Honeywell / Metrologic MS2420 scanner scale combo with RMS and it works ok.
