Is it on line or On-premise  ? May be time out occurs while publishing the customizations , if it's a on-premise check the event viewer for more info or enable tracing to check the issue.

is the error message you shared from Platform Trace or this is a CRM Online instance?

If you bring the solution from the affected org to a working org can you reproduce the same error there . if yes, please open a support case with us we will look into this in details

    Regards,

    Mohammad

    Hi

    We are using on-Premise 2013.

    Hi Mohammad,

We are using on-Premise.  I have exported the same solution into a new test org and it is working fine.    In the affected org, when I click on Publish all customizations--- its timing out after 5 min and also it says that the CRM sever is not responding.

    Thank you

    Hi Krishnam,

As your deployment is On-Premise, can you look into the Even Viewer in the Server.

That will give you more information on what is causing the problem.

    Hope that helps

    Thanks

    Hi Mithilesh,

The above error is the one  I am getting.  It is a MSCRM Web Service error:  18176

And also, I am getting a warning called MSCRM Platform Error:  17972

Query execution time of 357.6 seconds exceeded the threshold of 10 seconds. Thread: 56; Database: *******_MSCRM; Server:**************; Query: select  COUNT(*)  from OptionSetAsIfPublishedView x.

    The Krishnam,

Do an IISReset and Restart you Asynchronous Processing Service on the CRM server.

You can run the scripts below from a command prompt (run as Administrator) on the CRM server

    iisreset

net stop "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Service"

net stop "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Service (maintenance)"

net start "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Service (maintenance)"

net start "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Service"

    Hope that helps

    Thanks

    Hi,

Try to import a new Solution from other Organization.

Include just a new Custom Entity only and try to import it to this organisation, and see if it works.

This is just Error and Trial method I am proposing.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I have figured out that the error is not because of importing of solutions.  The error is occurring whenever I click on the Publish All Customizations button . I am able to publish individual customizations.

    Thanks
