Is it any particular form, have you done any customisation, what version are you on?

As much info as possible will help you find the help you need here.

    Hi,

Looking at the error message it looks very generic.

    A few questions and suggestions:
    1. Do we have the Procurement and Sourcing model built and is it error free, if there are any customizations? Would recommend you do a full build on Procurement and Sourcing models and resolve issues, if any.
    2. Another point to check is Database synchronization issues, if any?

Also, as Anthony requested which version is the D365 FO environment on?

    Hi,
This error message does not provide much useful information. You can try clearing your browser cache and logging into F&O again. Sometimes caching issues can cause unexpected errors. Or you could look at F&O's log files, maybe there's more contextual information about the error.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

Can you show us what the version are you currently using. Please upgrade your environment to the newest version to see if it can help.

    Hi,

From the feature management docs.microsoft.com/.../feature-management-overview you can disable the feature called Grid Control.

    Regards
