Create Sales Order from PDF File Received via Email in Business Central (Using Free Extensions)

Hi Community,
I’m trying to automate the creation of Sales Orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Scenario:
A PDF file is received via an Outlook or Gmail email account.
The PDF contains sales order data (Header and Line items).
I want to extract data from the PDF and automatically create a Sales Order in Business Central
I already explored the OCR service (e.g., Microsoft AI Builder and other OCR tools), but most of them are paid.

My Question:
Is there any free extension available in AppSource that can help extract data from a PDF file into Business Central?
Can Business Central read PDF files directly (without OCR)?
What are some free or open-source solutions to parse PDF content (text-based, not scanned image) and automate this process?
Is there a way to integrate Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps using free connectors to achieve this?
My goal is to use only free tools or extensions if possible.
Any advice or recommendations from the community would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, I’ve already developed several solutions using Power Automate, AI Builder, and OCR. Currently, there isn't a free tool available that fully meets your requirements—you'll likely need to consider a paid option

    Thanks for replay.

Which OCR you have to use? could you please share any reference document. How to create in Power Automate, AI Builder?

As far as I know, OCR is not completely free either. . . .
You can expect updated features in Sales Order Agent, but currently it is not possible to read order information directly from attachments.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
