Headquarter Server not processing Auto Created Data Upload Requests

There are many Data Upload Requests[Style 401] queued but no further processing. Rest of the sheets are being processed normally. Same sheet if manually created through HQ Manager is processed instantly but the the data upload sheets generated in response are queued. Any help as i am facing customer balance update issue

    Since when is this problem going on?

    Do you know why it started in the first place? Is it an error in a 401 that broke the chain?

    Thanks for your response. Earlier the HQServer.exe was hosted on Windows 2008 R2 which started to crash every now and then, i moved the HQServer.exe to a Windows XP SP3 host which seems to be working fine as all the worksheets except the auto generated [Style-401]are being processed smoothly and its been almost two weeks and no HQserver.exe crash. I have 22 stores with one HQ and the worksheet queue [Style-401] started building since the relocation of HQServer.exe. I would like to mention that whenever i manually generate Request Data Upload worksheet, it gets processed  immediately. HQ Clients are running without any problem and transaction are being reflected in realtime.

    Thank you for your question. What does your connection schedule look like? Do you receive any errors when the auto 401 should be processing?

    It sounds like the HQ Client is not able to connect to the HQ Server application to process 401 worksheet during the scheduled connection time.

    Do you see any errors in HQ Manager > Worksheets or in the HQ Client log.

    Also I would check the stores connection schedule. There are 22 Stores so could be a connection issue when multiple stores are trying to connect at the same time.

    Also when you say "transaction are being reflected in realtime." are those sales transaction coming to HQ ?

    Than it means that the 401 is processing ok.

    Delete all open 401s taking note of the oldest one and create a manual 401, one minute before the bad one was created.ie, if the oldest one was at 11:05 AM on 12/30/12, create one for 11:04 AM on 12/30/12.

    Thanks to all the contributors. Latest observation is that Auto Crated worksheets [Style-401] are missing attached stores, i.e destination store is not specified .

    Hi,

    Are you using HQ manager on VM environment,? if not did you apply the fix in windows XP SP3 environment for RMS to work properly.

    Thanks to all the contributors for their sincere help. I tried almost all the suggested solutions but no luck. Uninstalling and reinstalling the HQ Manager with service packs [2&3]did the trick. The auto created worksheets bu Headquarter are now processing successfully.
