Restore a Management Reporter report definition

We want to restore one of the management reporter report definitions.  It was modified today.  Any thoughts on an easy way of doing this?  Don't really want to restore the management reporter database if possible.

    Use the Import/Export TDBX functions. I believe they are under the File menu
