Dynamics CRM Online Mobile App - Barcode Scan Not Work

Hello,

Mobile app barcode search finds the code after scanning does not write in the search field. Who is having this problem or is there a way to overcome it?

    I tried this feature in my app and it worked well.

    Here are my app version information.

    Dynamics 2019 release wave 2 enabled

    server version 9.1.0000.9835

    app version 13.19111.0.0(1,1)

    client version 1.3.2399-101022-214406

    And my phone is Iphone XR.

    You could try to download other version of app in other regions(US, Hongkong) or you could also raise a ticket to Microsoft support Team for more professional help.

    I also created and tried a trial account on Dynamics 365 CE and I got the same issue.
