RMS export to email has stopped functioning

Hi after a recent windows update Sept 2017 our RMS has stopped it ability to export to outlook. Has anyone else experienced this? if so is there a fix - thanks ANdrew

    We have found a work around. Our RMS partner could not provide a solution but we stubbled across this.

    Simply run Outlook as Administrator. Not Ideal but it is working. Let me know if this helps

    I have found a combination of running a repair on Office, a repair on Store Ops and reinstalling the MSXML parser fixes this. Side note, it does seem to reappear at random times.

    Were you able to fix this issue? I am having the same problem. For a MS product it is not very MS friendly.

    Run a repair on Store Ops install and also on Office. We see this quite often and this seems to help every time.

    Hi Kevin, that is the same message I am getting. I have already contacted our RMS partner and they want to reinstall RMS but can't guarantee that will work and they also want to charges us for it too. A little perplex that they want to charge for something that should be functional out of the box and previously was. I will call them again. Thanks for you help Kevin.

    Hi - I'm getting an "export failed" message on RMS version 2.0.2022. You may want to contact your Dynamics RMS Partner for assistance - possible that you could fix by using a restore point to see if that solves the issue. Be sure to back everything up.     Hi Kevin, Thank you for getting back to me. We are running Windows 10 and RMS Store Operations Manager is 2.0.1006.

    We are not using any plug ins. we simply export to email from the option in purchase orders. Outlook is I think 2013 on most PC

    Hi Andrew - what version of Windows are you using? What version of RMS? What utility for exporting to Outlook? We have not come across any known issues - might be worth contacting whomever plug in you are using (if I am understanding the issue correctly).
