BC Special Quote - price and margin calculation for tenders

Hello,

I am using BC v17 SaaS.

I need help, on how to use Business Central, when customer has request for tender quote, and we need to create a special sales quote for them for particular project/tender.

Of course, we need to have quote from the vendor (purchase quote).

Is it somehow possible to connect sales quote with purchase quote, for project / special item ordering, to calculate sale price (for specific case / project) and to compare and calculate profit / margin etc?

Currently I do not use BC for Projects, instead we use Excel files for comparison and building such a sales quotes outside BC.
