change order look for field in Advanced find.

Hi,

Right no the drop down in the look for field in advanced find is diplayed alphabeticaly so it shows accounts on top. However we hardly ever search for accounts and would like the drop down to display contacts on top. Is there a way to do this?

Go to settings>>customization>>customize the system>>entity>>scroll down to contact>>click on contact>>rename contact to 1. contact

Your lookup list will appear like this

Hi Annemieke,

If you navigate to 'Contacts' and then click on Advanced Find on the top, the "Look For" field shows Contact automatically.

Hi Annemieke,

I think we can't change the order of entities in "Look For" field in Advanced Find. But for easy finding of contact entity, you can click on the field "Look For" and type "cont". Now "Contacts" entity will get selected easily with no time wastage in selecting the "Contacts" entity from dropdown.
