We have instaled NAV 2013 virtual machine with hyper-v server. All installation is ok, but user and password don't run.

What account type you use? Windows, UserName, NavUserPassword?
The user to Windows virtual machine server: administrator, Susan or Charlie. I read Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 W1 Virtual Machine Setup Guide, but I can´t Access to the Windows server virtual machine
I'm not sure...but if your problem is related with accessing to Virtual Machine, you must check the keyboard layout. For example, if you are from Spain, and want to type "Pass@word1", the "@" symbol is different than with the US keyboard layout. (The NAV 2013 W1 VM comes with US layout).
Try using "shift+2" instead "Alt Gr+2". (I'm not sure if you know what I mean).
