Hi,
I created a COC of lookup and its showing personal info when the user clicks on the area between the box.
This is similar to the auto populate values which we see when we try to fill in our address or other sections on a form online.
This should not come as it is a lookup of the std table and it should show only the values from that table.
note : Its a lookup reference of an int64 field.

Can you elaborate? You only tell something about a COC of a lookup, but not the details. What "area" and what "box" are you referring to?
Or is it something related to your browser settings? There is an option to disable "Save and fill custom info" (Edge) or delete personal saved data.
