Create Word Template on CRM 2013 on-premise

Dear CRMers,

I would like to create word template through work flow, unfortunately  "Perform Action" isn't appear as a step.

Is there any other way to create word template about the related record and attach it on the current record ?

    Thanks vladimir for your replay,

    But in crm 2013 does not appear "Document Template" entity at all and "Perform Action" step does not exist.

    document generation only available start from CRM 2016.

    Thanks Wei Jie Fun for your replay, Do you have any thoughts about how to generate a record into a document and attached it to the note of the same record ?
