How to modify recordurl to website domain address

Hi,

Have created send mail from work flow and it has recordurl option, By default it generate with server hostname but this issue is causing to external user.

Server hostname is crm and external link is crm.tjp.com but it generate only http://crm/recordurl

I also modified on IIS bindling the hostname but no luck.

How to change server host to website name ?

Check what is added in deployment manager under web addresses? Also can check the behaviour in the above 2 urls i.e. whats the link generated if you try it from crm and crm.tjp.com

Hi Ravi,

For internal office users : http://crm

For external office users : http://crm.tjp.com

Difference here : Internal link will get authenticate with AD and auto sign in and External link need to provide us / pd.

Hi,

How are you accessing CRM? Is it http://crm or http://crm.tjp.com.

if http://crm try accessing it with the external link and see if it generates the correct link?
