Duplicate Picking List for Shipper

Hello,

We have an odd experience with duplicate picking list printed for the same order.  this error is a bit difficult when there are multiple shipping people. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas where to start looking. Due to some other threads I have read I feel I should mention MaxQ but not sure where to look for configuration.

SL11, SP1.

    Jason,

    Is the Picking List printed automatically by Process Manager or manually? If manually, is it printed using the Print button in the Shippers screen or is the ROI screen used?
