How to update a Quote product field when the Quote status is Closed

Hi Guys,

I use CRM 2016 online environment integrated with SAP on premise through Kings way soft adapter.

I have a requirement that when a Quote has been closed which means status changed to "Closed".

The entire Quote and Quote product becomes read-only.

But there is one field which needs input form SAP.

I need to know how to update a field in Quote product when the Quote status is closed that too using SSIS or any other ways from On premise to Online.

Please can anyone help me out in this.

    You can write a custom service which will be updating the quote product and host it in Azure or on premise. Your SAP can call this hosted service method for the method.

    There are also software's like scribe available for SAP CRM integration. I am not too sure on the SAP integration

    I am asking how to update from on premise to online, and also the triggering point will be from SAP to CRM.

    Then how i can use a SDK.

    I don't see a problem if you are going to update via CRM SDK even if is closed.(I remember updating closed opportunities) .Below is the link for sample code for update operations:
