I am hoping to use Dynamics for Marketing to send emails to existing customers.
I want the email to come from one of our CRM Queue email addresses so that email replies are promptly dealt with.
Is this possible? I am struggling to select a Queue from the 'Email from address' field within Marketing Emails section of Marketing App.

Compared with Activity Email, marketing email is processed and delivered by Marketing Service: the domain for "From address" is required to be authenticated in Marketing Settings.
In other word, for example, we send emails to contacts with admin@crm123.onmicrosoft.com in general, that's activity email, however, to send marketing email, the email address should be something like this: admin@company.com.
Therefore, please make sure that domains of the email addresses in CRM Queue are owned by yourself, if the this prerequisite is met, then following steps below:
1. Authenticate domains in Marketing Settings:
2. Sync Queue entity with marketing-insights service.

3. The Queue entity will be synced and available in assist edit, then you can select a specific queue and its email address.
