Error occurs when categorized search in Dynamics CRM 365 is performed

Hi,

We have run into a problem with the search function.  An error occurs when retrieving the Activities.

Error while mapping state to props during ComponentDidMount for control: MscrmControls.Grid.GridControl.activitypointer

Does anyone know why this happens?

    Hi Margot Madge,

    I tested this on my side. However, I couldn't reproduce it.

    Have you tried to refresh the page and search it again?

    If it is still there, I recommend you open a ticket to contact MS.

    We have tried to refresh the page but the search still results in an error for Activities.  I noted that this happens in all of our environments except our development environment.  I will collaborate with one of our developers to gather information prior to raising a ticket with MS.  Thank you for your time.
