Budget criteria

Hi there,

I want to define the budget control rules by defining multiple criteria like MA+BU+DEP, MA+BU, MA+DEP. I have selected the MA, BU, DEP as my budget dimensions in the parameter section.

When I tried to define the budget control rule as i mentioned, system threw an error saying the budget criteria needs to be changed and cannot define budget control rules.

Can we have a solution to have more than one criteria?

Hello WiK,

In the budget control configuration form you can select the budget control dimensions.

If you select MA, BU and DEP then you should be able to setup budget control rules that make use of all of them.

Can you share more information what does not work and probably the exact error message?

Some supporting screenprints would help as well.

hi Wik,

Did you selected all these dimensions (Main Account + Busines unit + Department) in "Dimension for budgetng" screen? Can you tell us the name of the screen where you selected these dimension please or share screen shot ?

As 2nd step, you will include all these dimension in Budget Control Configuration >> Define parameters section.
