Which payment gateways does RMS support? I would like a list of all of them so I know what my choices are.

The 3 main payment processors are Bank of America, First Data and Mercury Payments. I would currently recommend looking into Mercury Payments because they have developers that work on payment integration directly within RMS (highly significant for a future EMV implementation), and example can be seen here: www.mercurypay.com/.../RMS-MPSIntegrationInstallGuide.pdf
Thank you for that information. You mention that it's the top 3 processors, can PayPal Payments Pro and their gateway Payflow be integrated? I can't seem to find a list of the payment GATEWAYS that are supported. Also, if these "top 3" processors are being used, which gateway are they using. Any help would be much appreciated.
Sorry, I don't know of a list. I know Mercury uses their own gateways, and Bank of America uses the gateway found in the article here
Directly: There are Vital/Tsys and Microsoft Online Payments.
Indirectly through an addon: mecurypay, Shift4, Bridgepay, Paypros, probably more that I dont know.
These platforms can handle numerous backend processors like Global, Mercury, Heartland, FDMS.
There is not an exhaustive list to speak of.
