Hello!

I have been asked to make the study of the knowledge base on CRM 2015 which is used by the company where I'm doing internship.

Can someone show me how to access, create and check the knowledge base module for articles?

    thanks Kokulan for the help,

    the only problem is that I'm using the 2015 version of crm, can't repeat the steps presented in the first video. the subject tree does not show, and when creating the article, I only have the fields code of the article qnd name which are showing.

    can you also provide me with videos on crm 2015 knowledge base?

    Thanks kokulan, those videos really helped me. After getting access to the production environnement, I could realize everything described in the videos
