Send a file attachment using flow in an email

Hi Team,

I have a file data type field on a case record. Based on a business use case, agents will upload a pdf file using this field. The file needs to be sent to the backend department using an email. I am using flow to achieve this however I am uncertain how to attach that file in the send email action. See below screenshots-

Hi,

It is recommended to upload the attachment to a file platform which can be accessed by Automate.

For example, I uploaded it to a site I created in SharePoint.

Then you can get the metadata and content of the file from SharePoint with the following steps.

Add the File content and Name to the related fields in the email.

It allows to attach the file to the email and here is the test email I received.
