I want to swap field values of all fields in each entity

I have been building a program that needs to jumble data. For example firstname of record 1 (row 1) is swapped with firstname of record X, and etc etc for all fields. I cannot seem to figure out a solution. I've tried many different approaches but no luck. Can anyone give me an idea on how I can do this? I have been trying for a few weeks now and I am willing to restart.

What is the reason you are choosing to jumble the data. I just wanted a bit more insight

Because the data in those fields cannot be used for testing. So I need to jumble all the "real" data. Does that make sense?
