Hi Everyone.
Can some one explain to me what is the "Correspondence Type" field in the Contact Card and what is the use of it.

This is mainly to establish the default method the Contact wants to be contacted: Hard Copy, Email or Fax
You can always change based on the document correspondence you are processing.
