Error when Creating new Customer on POS

hello

when i try to create new customer on Retail POS this message will pop-up

Could not create customer centrally.

Event Viewer

Could not create customer centrally. Number sequence does not exist.

HI Ax Xa,

Do you have number sequence setup for customers in accounts receivable parameters. Please check if that's updated or not.

i check in Accounts receivable > Setup > Accounts Receivable parameters

it opened new window i chose Number sequences it shows columns the first column from the

left is Reference the third row Customer account , number sequence code was empty i filled it in

but still the POS giving me the same message , do i need to send Job ?

Hi Ax_Xa,

Yes you need to run the Customer job which is 1010. Also you can run channel configuration job 1070.

Hi,

As mentioned in error, Number sequence is not setup for customer account. Complete the setup for number sequence and try again.

Do let me know in case of any ambiguity.
