Addtional timeline

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone already has tried or is trying to achieve an additional timeline on a entity.

What I mean with this is besides the general timeline (for activities and such) and addtional timeline where customised entities can be gathered with a timestamp.

I have tried but I am not able to achieve an additional timeline on an entity.

The form editor would only let you add the Timeline control once.

Even if you manage to duplicate the control in the FormXML and import it, you will get the error "Error loading control" for the 2nd control when the form is loaded.

I do not think the form is designed to render more than one timeline control.

Hi,

What's the use case for having two timelines on a same record?

This is something we usually see to distinguish regular customer interactions that happen within the application from transactional and activity data from multiple data sources.
Customer Insights allows to build a 360 degree view of the customer and integrate a separate timeline for these activities on the customer form.
