Where does the Location Code on a Sales Order populate from?

Can anybody help with identifying where the Location Code on the Shipping and Billing section of a Sales order can be populated from?

I have a situation where this Location Code is being populated with a Location record when a customer is added to a sales order.

The loacation code is blank in the following spots:

  • Customer Card - Shipping Section - Location Code
  • Default ship-to address card - Location Code

There must be another spot where the Location code is selected that populates onto the Sales Order. Any ideas?

Also worth noting - it defaults to the same location code for all customers

    Hi, maybe the location code in "Responsibility Center"?

    I checked the responsibility center and the Location Code for every entry is blank

    If the above-mentioned spots are blank, then it is populating from the Customer>>Responsibility Center>>Location Code. Please do check into that
