Dear all,
We are using dynamic GP2010 with SQL server 2005 and windows 2003 servers.
Now we are planning to Upgrade Dynamic GP2016 R2 with SQL server 2016 and windows 2016 servers.
What are the procedures we need to follow? It will be appreciable if anybody can send me the Upgrade details and procedures from the scratch.
Somebody please help..

I see from your screen shot that the modified reports are Analytical Accounting reports.
Did you install Analytical Accounting and upgrade that product as well? If you look in your Dynamics.set file you should see product 3180 Analytical Accounting.
I believe you do not have this installed otherwise on your screen shot of the reports to be upgraded we only see Microsoft Dynamics GP and not Analytical Accounting reports.
Analytical Accounting has its own program, forms and reports dictionaries. Look in your current version of Dynamics GP for AA3180R.dic file. This would be the dictionary that contains the AA modified reports.
You should install AA and then run the upgrade again so that the AA tables (Dynamics and company databases) get upgraded. Then you can upgrade the reports dictionary.
While you are at it. I suggest you open the Dynamics.set file on your current version of Dynamics GP and compare the installed products to the version you just upgraded to make sure that no products are missing.
These errors are to be expected since exporting and importing would not perform an upgrade. It does however show only modified reports and no modified forms because the package file only contained modified reports.
In your list are all modified reports. There are no modified forms. Please go to Tools->Customize->Customization Maintenance and send a screenshot. Also, Tools->Setup->System->Edit Launch File and highlight MS Dynamics GP and click the browse button next to forms. Is there a FORMS.DIC file in that folder? Just because you see FORMS.DIC on the screen does not mean you have a FORMS.DIC file. Are you sure you have modified forms?
Thanks a lot Mr. Richard Wheeler .. I exported forms and reports from GP2010 SP2 .then I imported it in GP2010 SP4 and GP2015 as well.. Its imported with below errors.

But I am unable to find any .DIC files in Customization maintenance browsing .I am only able to find .package files .

When you launch GP Utilities you also do not GP open at the same time, do you? Try renaming the FORMS.DIC file and then launch GP and go to Tools->Customization Maintenance and then Import and point to the file you renamed and import what it finds.

The folder next to form is pointing correctly ..
For exporting forms Modifier License is required ?( I can export reports)
Yes .I do get that message about needing to upgrade forms...then again after one error and GP will close.

If you go to Tools->Setup->System->Edit Launch File and highlight MS Dynamics GP and click the browse folder next to forms is it pointing where you think it is? If it is, try going to Tools->Customize->Maintenance and exporting your modified forms and then rename your forms dictionary and then import them back in and if that works. When you launch GP without updating the forms are you getting a message about needing to upgrade your forms?

In dynamic.Set file the location path is correct ...

The license key does not affect this. if you try to rename the FORMS.DIC does it allow you? If you check the set file is it pointing to the correct location?
