Multiple Contacts on a Single Account.

We are trying to track productivity and our business rules dictate that 1 activity is one activity whether there is 1 or 10 people attending it.  OOTB CRM Appointments creates as many activities to Contacts.  I can't report on how many activities were actually performed in a day... If I were query activities for the day and there were 10 people at 1 and 20 at another it would look like our rep did 30 activities that day.

Anyone else run across this?  How did you handle it?

    Hi Robet,

What about utilizing a campaign and having this campaign be an event.  You can then setup the activities all related to that campaign and when you have multiple attend it is really still a single campaign event.

This is basically how campaigns are meant to be used with multiple activities within the campaign.

Hopefully this accomplishes what you need Robet.

    Thanks,
