Hi Everyone, We have upgraded our clients computers to the latest versions of RMS 2.0.1006 and every computer worked great on all machine's but 1 - it will not install Feature Pack 2 correctly. I can install individually each Hotfix up into 2.0.0166 and when I try and install Feature Pack 2 - it looks like it is installing and says installation Finish. It did not install SMO or CLR for SQL and when I check the Version Number it will still be 2.0.0166 so I know that it did not install correctly. I have tried everything that has been written on this subject and still no luck. This computer we are trying to upgrade is a Windows 7 Pro with SP1 - .Net Framework 4.5 and all updates are installed in this machine. Thanks in advance Shawn Collins MCS Multi Computer Solutions

Fix the problem - after trying everything suggested in this forum to no prevail - I decided to install SQL Express 2012 on this machine and wouldn't you know it work like a charm.

Yes all machines in the building are running Windows 7 Pro with all updates and . Net Framework 4.5 - Only 1 machine will not install Feature Pack 2 and nothing looks any different from the other machines.

what about the other tills?are they running windows 7 too

We have run as Administrator and no luck in getting it to work.
