When you start a new segment in a newly installed D365 marketing app the lets create your segment popup does not show

Steps

Choose news segment

cancel the Segment template dialog box to create a segment from scratch

The let's create yor segment screen does not appear

Any one a suggestion otherwise i have to create a ticket with microsoft

Tried in diffrent browsers and pop up is not blocked

Hi Mariette,

in the February release this window was removed, segment types were unified based on customers feedback.

You can now quickly create a segment from top menu (either dynamic or static)

+ use templates for dynamic segments

+ add various types of blocks (query, behavioral, other segment etc) within one window.

"We have improved the Dynamic segments fundamentally, allowing the creation of simple segments that combine behavior and demographic data in one segment. A user doesn’t know or care that “contact information” is stored differently from “behavioral” information – they want to create their segment based on criteria that’s important to them. Creating segments is also a complex process, and we have added “Undo” and “Redo” functionality so that users can create segments and experiment with confidence"

thank you could not keep up with all changes, to bad that the screen is dissapeared customers like te usability
