You can view all the topics in the Talking points tile as a list by selecting the list icon. For more information on this, read this article.
Hi Amy Caine,
These are based on our NLP models that detect intent so there aren't exact phrases but based off a learning set.
With the current release we aren't providing the ability to extend these phrases/models.
I would be interested in learning what are the type of phrases you want to add to understand your scenarios better.
