I am intending to move our field engineers to use the Field Service app. However, as I have been developing the workflows and configuring the system I have found the mobile app to be very unreliable.
The main issue I am having is that if you leave the app and go back to it sometime later, for example overnight, the bookings disappear from the app. The only way I have found to get them back is either sign out of the app and sign back in again or press "reconfigure" on the profile screen and choose the FS app again.
.Surely, this can not be the right experience for an enterprise app? Am I missing something or not configuring something correctly? As it stands this app will not be acceptable to my colleagues.
