Hi. We're trying to post payment and reconcile the bank account. We have records that we need to do manual application. In doing so, we encoutered error regarding the posting date. These records that we need to reconcile starts from, 2021 to present.
The error message is related to a different bank transactions which is currently not applied.
I’m assuming you have a Bank Account Reconciliation to post. This normally won’t let you post until you have reconciled all lines. If you have an entry from 2021 still present then you probably need to go back and reconcile your previous years first. Just helps to keep everything in order then.
