Is there a much easier fix without messing up with the recommended manual fix for my Windows 7Prof Registry? Thank you.

this problem occurs when some files in your windows is missing or corrupted. I suggest you reinstall a fresh copy will help. Make sure and run all updates when you reinstall windows , make sure your region settings is set to (usa) .
