KB Article entity is not visible

Hi,

I need to configure the KB article in CRM 2016 (On Prem) and I have logged with user who have system administrator and system customisation role. I am not able to find the KB Article entity under service menu.

can anyone suggest how to get access to  KB article entity in CRM 2016(On Prem) version Please.

    Thanks for all you responses.

    I can create KB article in interactive hub mode, but i am not getting the same option in normal web access.

    And there is no option to add attachment in KB article (notes in earlier versions).

    Hi 

    I was going to suggest changing the "Areas that display this entity" section for the Article entity in a solution and then publish, but I cannot change it in my organisation. I guess this is because it is a system entity. It should be showing within the Service menu by default. For me it is under the Service sub heading. If it is not visible, this might be a bug and worth raising with Microsoft.

    Alternatively, you should be able to use a site map editor to add the Article entity to the Service menu. A site map editor is included in the XrmToolBox: http://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

    This will help to access the KB articles. where we will get the option to create in CRM 2016 (not in interactive hub).
