Javasript to automaticaly assign task regarding opportunity from which it created

Hi,

On my last topic i complained that on opportunity form if i press + button on tasks subgrid i should go through several clicks to look up field\new till i get new task form

I was suggested to make regarding field mandatory for task and it works - after i press + button on subgrid (opportunity entity) i get new task form in 1 click

But in this case regarding field is empty so i need to fill look up field and it's additional waste of time again

Can you, please, suggest javascript which will solve this problem? 

Required logic: i press + on opportuniry form tasks subrid and get new task form with filled regarding field (regarding opportunity in which task was created)

This will save a lot of time in our company

    Hi,

    In response to your previous and current query.

    Have you looked in to using Ribbon Workbench and amending Task Entity SubGrid ribbon for + sign to Add new instead of Add Existing. That way it would be one click operation without requirement to fill in Regarding field.

    Thanks for your answer. I didn't get details about this moment in last topic- if i use this workbench option, will the regarding field filled automaticaly with entity from which it was created?
